Sarah Thompson has worked in commercial real estate since 2002. She specializes in landlord and tenant representation and has closed over 250 leasing and sales transactions. Sarah’s real estate knowledge encompasses all facets of retail, including new development, leasing, and sales.
Sarah’s strong work ethic, personal service, and thorough attention to detail makes her a valuable asset to both landlords and tenants. She is a member of International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and has served on the ICSC Southwest Idea Exchange Board. In addition, Sarah is the recipient of CoStar's Phoenix Power Broker award for 2006 and 2008.
Jeff is a 1991 graduate of the State University of New York with as BS degree in Economics and Business Administration. He began his career in real estate in 2001 following the sale of his family owned restaurant business in New York. A seven year veteran with CRS, Jeff has been responsible for over 220 lease transactions with a total value in excess of $60,000,000.00. He has also closed over $30,000,000.00 in investment sales transactions. As a former small business and investment property owner, Jeff is very familiar and sensitive to the needs of both tenants and landlords.
A father of two, Jeff tries to instill in his daughters his uncompromising work ethic and the importance of close personal relationships.
Jeff is also the recipient of Costar’s Phoenix Power Broker Award for 2006, 2007 and 2008, as well as being honored as one of Square Foot Magazine’s top 5 Phoenix Retail Leasing Producers for 2007 and 2008.
Chris received a BS in Business Administration from The Rochester Institute of Technology. He worked in several sales and marketing positions before making the transition to Commercial Real Estate, including FOX Television Sales in Manhattan and Enterprise Rent-A-Car. He has been with CRS for 4 years, and currently specializes in Landlord Representation for leasing and sales of their assets.
